These terms cover your use of xzensports.com, run by Eccentricity Gyms, LLC, doing business as X-Zen Sports. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.

This site is for information

We try to keep program, schedule, coaching, and pricing information current, but it may change. Please call (864) 214-3174 to confirm current availability, schedules, and pricing before you make a trip. Once you sign a membership agreement, that agreement controls your membership terms, billing, and cancellation rights.

Membership is a separate agreement

Nothing on this site creates a membership. Joining X-Zen Sports requires a signed membership agreement and waiver, which has its own terms. Those terms — not these — govern your membership, billing, cancellation, and participation in classes.

Training involves risk

Martial arts and fitness training are physical activities with a real risk of injury. Content on this site — including descriptions of classes, techniques, and training advice — is general information, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new program, and don’t try techniques shown on this site without qualified supervision.

Contact form and texts

When you submit our contact form you agree to give accurate information and to receive the communications you consented to. Texting consent is explained on the form and in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us using the information in our Privacy Policy.

Our content

The text, photos, logos, and design on this site belong to Eccentricity Gyms, LLC or are used with permission. Coach and partner program names and logos (for example, our co-branded martial arts programs) belong to their owners. You may view and share links to the site; please don’t copy or reuse its content commercially without asking.

Links to other sites

The site links to outside services such as social media and booking tools. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.

No guarantees

The site is provided “as is.” We don’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Eccentricity Gyms, LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. This does not limit any liability that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the courts of Greenville County, South Carolina.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
