X-Zen Sports is the brand name of Eccentricity Gyms, LLC, a martial arts and fitness gym at 2435 East North Street, Unit 1101, Greenville, SC 29615. This policy explains what information we collect on xzensports.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, you give us your name, email address, phone number, and the program you’re interested in. If you check a consent box, we also record that you checked it, and when.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics tools that record how the site is used — pages visited, the device and browser you use, your approximate location, and how you got here. These tools use cookies, which are small files stored by your browser. See “Cookies and tracking” below.

Phone calls. If you call a phone number shown on this site, our call-tracking service may record the number you called from, the time, and how you found the site. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. If a call is recorded, you will hear a notice at the start of the call.

How we use it

• To answer your inquiry and help you book a first class.
• To send text messages you’ve agreed to receive (see “Text messages”).
• To understand which pages and ads bring people to the gym, so we can run the site and our advertising better.
• To run and protect the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

To submit our contact form, you must consent to non-marketing texts about your inquiry. You may choose separately whether to also receive marketing texts:

• Non-marketing texts — replies about your inquiry, classes, and membership. Message frequency varies.
• Marketing texts — offers, discounts, and news. Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. You may also withdraw consent by contacting us using the information below. Text HELP to 864-351-6559 for help. Consent to marketing texts is not required to buy anything from us. You do not have to use the online form to contact or buy from us; you may call or email us instead. We do not share your phone number or your texting consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We use outside companies to help operate the site and the gym. Depending on the service they provide, they may process the information described in this policy:

• HighLevel (LeadConnector) — hosts this website, stores form submissions, and sends our texts and emails.
• Google Analytics — site usage statistics.
• CallRail — call tracking for the phone numbers on this site.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — if we install Meta advertising tools, such as the Meta pixel, those tools may send Meta information about your browser or device and actions taken on the site so we can measure and improve our advertising.
• ABC Fitness — our membership and billing system, if you become a member.

Analytics and advertising platforms, such as Google and Meta, may receive information from your browser or device, including cookie identifiers, device and browser information, pages viewed, and actions taken on the site. Marketing agencies that help us manage advertising may receive campaign reports and aggregate performance statistics. We do not give our marketing agencies your contact details for their own use.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the gym, our members, or our staff.

Cookies and tracking

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work; some analytics simply won’t record your visit. Google offers an opt-out tool for Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Children

Our contact forms are intended for adults. Inquiries about youth programs must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 18, please do not submit the form yourself. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. If we learn that we have done so, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Your choices

• Texts: reply STOP at any time, or contact us by any of the methods below.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
• Your data: email [email protected] to ask about the personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. We may need to verify your identity. We’ll respond within 30 days. We may retain information needed for legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, consent, and opt-out records, even after a deletion request.

Security and retention

We use reputable providers and limit access to people who need it. No online system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send sensitive information (like payment card numbers) through the contact form. We keep inquiry and membership records for as long as we have a business need for them, and at least as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your inquiry record at any time (see “Your choices”).

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
