He leads high-energy group fitness and boxing conditioning classes designed to build strength, stamina, and confidence. Jordan emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and creating an environment where members feel supported while being challenged.
Outside the gym, he works as a math professor and college content developer, bringing structure and clarity into his coaching approach.
Amy Dickerson
NASM Personal Trainer | Strength & Healthy Aging Coach
Amy Dickerson is a NASM-certified personal trainer specializing in strength training, HIIT workouts, and healthy aging. Her personal journey into fitness fuels her passion for helping others build resilience and confidence.
Amy focuses on training men and women who want to age strong, move well, and improve quality of life. She also works with children with autism, bringing patience and compassion into her coaching style.
At X-ZEN Sports in Greenville, SC, Amy leads supportive yet challenging classes that prioritize showing up, doing hard things, and building both physical and mental strength.
Rachel Brown
NASM Personal Trainer | Strength & Endurance Coach
Rachel Brown is a NASM-certified personal trainer and group fitness coach at X-ZEN Sports. With a background in gymnastics and competitive dance, she brings discipline and athleticism into every class.
After earning her degree in Biology from the University of South Carolina and beginning a career in healthcare, Rachel discovered her passion for coaching through her own fitness journey at X-ZEN. She now leads strength and endurance classes designed for all levels.
Rachel has completed Spartan Races, multiple half marathons, and trains in Muay Thai. Her programming focuses on building strength, improving conditioning, and helping members develop confidence both inside and outside the gym.
Meredith Rosendal
NASM Trainer | Mobility & Yoga for Athletes Specialist
Meredith Rosendal is a NASM-certified personal trainer and 200-hour yoga teacher specializing in mobility, joint stability, and performance longevity. At X-ZEN Sports in Greenville, SC, she blends corrective exercise, yoga-based movement, and strength training principles to help athletes move better and recover faster.
Her classes focus on improving flexibility, restoring range of motion, enhancing balance, and developing durable movement patterns that carry over into martial arts, strength training, and endurance sports.
Meredith helps members train smarter so they can perform at a high level for years—not just seasons.
Julia Voyles brings more than 20 years of experience in personal training and athletic performance to X-ZEN Sports. She holds a Bachelor’s in Health Studies and a Master’s in Athletic Training from the University of Findlay and is both a Certified Athletic Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist.
A former collegiate swimmer and national qualifier, Julia later transitioned into endurance racing, completing multiple Marine Corps Marathons and half marathons. Her expertise spans high school and collegiate athletes, weight-loss clients, and adults focused on long-term health and mobility.
She is known for leading high-energy 5:30 a.m. HIIT workouts and strength sessions that combine performance training with smart injury prevention. Outside the gym, she teaches Sports Medicine at the high school level and brings that technical knowledge directly into her programming.
BOBBY STEPHENS
Group Fitness & Performance Coach | Strength & Hybrid Conditioning
Bobby Stephens is a U.S. Army Veteran, ISSA-certified personal trainer, and one of the lead group fitness coaches at X-ZEN Sports in Greenville, SC. With more than 22 years of experience in strength training, conditioning, and performance development, Bobby brings discipline, structure, and intelligent programming to every class.
A former amateur bodybuilder and competitive HYROX and Spartan athlete, Bobby understands firsthand how to combine strength and endurance for real-world performance. His group fitness sessions focus on fat loss, muscle development, hybrid conditioning, and building mental toughness.
Bobby also owns ic3PT Personal Training, but at X-ZEN he is known for delivering high-energy, purpose-driven group workouts that challenge members to push past limits while staying accountable to proper form and smart progression.
